To create a blog , you need to follow the following steps to create a blog. Note that you need to have a google or gmail account to start blogging. If you don't have an account on google then simply create an account. Than Follow the following.....- GoTo www.Blogger.Com or www.Blogspot.com
- Sign In to your google account (Gmail).
- If you are logged in at blogger first time than you need to complete your profile.
- After that , At the left side of the blogger home page window, Click "New Blog" Button.
- A New Pop-Up Window will appear.
- Write the Title of your blog.
- Than write address "Blog URL" of your Blog.
- After Selecting BLOG URL , Select Theme (Template) Of your Blog.
- After All , Click On the " Create Blog! " Button.
Your Blog Successfully Created !!!!
Now After creating a blog , we must set our blog basic setting before posting to the blog. In this section we have some Tabs in the overview page of over blog. There are Tabs to word on different features of blogging.We must know about Main theme or main point of every blog Tab to start work. So here is some information about blogger blog overview and many other different tabs.

Overview : This is used to check basic Stats or traffic overview of your blog.
Posts : This Tab is used to Edit , view , delete or create a new post.
Pages : This Tab is used to view , edit , delete and create a new page for your blog.
Comments : This Tab is used to view your blog comments and also to delete comments.
Google+ : This is used to share your post on Google+ Profile.
Stats : This is used to view complete stats or traffic of your blog or website.
Earnings : This is used to start earning from your blog using Google Adsense.
Campaigns : This is used to create your own ad and boost your traffic and sales.
Layout : This feature is used to add gadget and manage gadgets and layout of your blog.
Template : This feature is used to Select Template of your blog and edit HTMl.
Settings : This tab is used to do your blog setting and blog SEO setting.
How to do Basic setting of your blog?
As you learn about setting TAB above. Go to your blog setting TAB. Setting Tab contains many features or sub-tabs. Click on Basic, in this basic setting. You have facility to change your Blog Title. This option is for those peoples , who select the blog title not sure or before keyword research. So you can easily edit your blog title from Basic setting TAB. After Title you need to select a short description of your blog that what you are providing in this site or blog Or why you start the blog.
After Selecting Title and Description Of your blog you have you Click Yes random button on the below Description setting.So Blogger will visible your blog to all search engines. This feature is very very important for your blog. If you choose wrong setting of this feature , your blog will be ignored by all Search Engines. Simply says that this is be very helpful to your Blog SEO (Search Engine Optimization and also very dangerous for your BLOG SEO , if you use it wrong.
By the way , More features in the basic setting TAB is to select HTTPS setting. And also to add or delete blogger authors and admins. The question is that " What is Difference between authors and admins?" So the answer of this question is very easy. Admin is the main administrator of your blog have the facility to do change in every setting of your blog and the Author Have the facility of basic blogger setting and Blogger Posts.
